- We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the date the item is received. Once return is processed we will send an email with a gift card code which can be applied at the checkout process.
- All returns will be issued in the form of store credit - no exceptions.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit.
- Buyer pays for return shipping
- Please allow 7-10 business days once package is received for return to be processed.
- We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. Please keep your tracking number once sending us the items to see if it has arrived as we do not check if returns have been received until processing the returns which can take 7-10 business days.
Please note store credits do not expire!
We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, Facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.
Returns: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and returned in 14 days. Anything received after 14 days will be denied. Store credit will be issued.
Damages: Please email a picture and description of any damages within 3 days if you think you have received a damaged item. Please email Tessa@loveavaboutique.com
Non-returnable items: Items 20% off or more are non refundable.
**If there is a mistake made by Love Ava on your order we will send a pre paid shipping label to you to exchange for the correct item (s). If the mistake is made by the customer, the customer will pay shipping.**
